English translation of epitaph:
Passed away on 3 of Menahem Av (5)663
Each man will bitter cry Today was led to grave the man
[Who] kept the way of justice
His sons will cry of pain
The precious soul and sprit were taken to the heaven
Justice will precede him
To eternal life he will go tomb, his final home
Mr. Moshe son of Mr. Yitzhak of blessed memory
May his soul be bound in the bundle of life
