English translation of epitaph:
[Passed away] Year (5)687, 2nd of Iyar
Flawless and honest Sara,
Was buried here in this tomb
The mother of seven children
She was 54 years old
Extinguished the light rays
And each eye of his children assembled the tears
Mrs. Sara, daughter of R.
Haim, may his candle light.
May her soul be bound in the bundle of life.
