שנת תרסד

בא מות בחלוננו

נפלה עטרת ראשנו

יצעקו בניו מרה

מתה נפש יקרה

נלקח הולך תמים

בעוד צעיר לימים

נשמתו הטהורה

שמים שבה ברה

רוחו עלה מרומה

ינוח גופו באדמה

האיש תם וישר

וירא ד' [אלהים] מ' בנימין

בן המ'[נוח] שמריהו ז"ל

Died 26 of Sivan

The year (5)664

The death came to our window

The crown of our head fell down

His sons will bitterly scream

Dear soul is died

The innocent was taken

Still being young

His clean soul

Returned to the heaven 

His soul went up

His body will rest in the earth

Perfect and upright man, one that feared God Mr. Benyamin

Son of the late Shmaryahu of blessed memory

May his soul  be bound up in the bond of life
