Żyd. Gmina wyznaniowa w Nadwórnej przejęcie funkcji od ustepującego zarządu.

 

Do Pana Wojewody w Stanisławowie

 

    Na zarządzenie z 9/III/ 1931 Nr.A.W.IV-13. Starostwo donosi, że dnia 28/XII 1932 dokonano wyboru zarządu żyd. Gminy wyznaniowej w Nadwórnej  o nastepującym składzie: 1/Dr. Józef Bodnar, adwokat , sjonista, 2/Dr. Arzt Leon, adwokat Aguda, 3/ Salomon Perl, kupiec, Aguda, 4/ Gabrjel Goldberg, kupiec Aguda, 5/ Izrael Kressel, kupiec, Aguda, 6/ Gedale Schmidmajer, krawiec, Jad Charuzim, 7/ Chaim Mozes Braunwasser, krawiec Jad Charuzim, 8/ Eljasz Rothstein, kupiec, sjonista.-

      Przewodniczącym wybrany został Dr. Józef Bodnar, zastępcą  Gedale Schmidmajer.-

     Ponieważ dr. Józef Bodnar, nie będąc pewny wyniku wyborów, wniósł zażalenie, w którem zaczepił ważnosć jednej z list kandydatów/ jeden z kandydatów nie posiada biernego prawa wyborczego', po wyborze zaś wniósł pisma z zawiadomieniem, że cofa zażalenie, Starostwo prosi o wyjaśnienie czy w razie unieważnienia wyborów czynności przygotowawcze do nowych wyborów należeć będą do poprzedniego czy też do nowego zarządu.

Nadvorna, January 19, 1933

The Starost of Nadvorna informs the Voivode in Stanislavov about the elections to the Board of the local Jewish Community. THe following people were elected:

1/Dr. Józef Bodnar, a lawyer and a Zionist,was elected the Head of the Board  2/Dr. Arzt Leon, a lawyer, member of  Aguda, 3/ Salomon Perl, merchant, a member of Aguda, 4/ Gabrjel Goldberg, a merchant , a member of Aguda, 5/ Izrael Kressel,  a merchant, a member of Aguda, 6/ Gedale Schmidmajer,  a tailor, a member of Jad Charuzim, was elected a vice-president of the Board, 7/ Chaim Mozes Braunwasser, a tailor, a member of Jad Charuzim, 8/ Eljasz Rothstein,  a merchant, zionist.

 

In addition, the Starosty asks for explanations regarding the withdrown appeal of dr. Józef Bodnar. [ Bodnar complained that on one of the lists of candidates there was an unlawful candidate. Yet, after the elections, he withdrew his appeal. The Starosty asks whether there should be new elections and if so, who should prepare them.
