List of materials for Children's Registration (Bohorodczany, 1926)

W sprawie spisu dzieci. Dla przeprowadzenia spisu dzieci, mającego dać podstawę do prac, związanych z realizacją powszechnego nauczania i reorganizacją sieci szkolnych Ministerstwo przesyła Panu:
1. Spis miejscowości w powiecie w 1 egzemplarzu.
2. Mapę powiatu w 2 egz., do złożenia z odcinków w liczbie 8.
3. Objaśnień znaków topograficznych 2 egz.
4. Instrukcyj w sprawie spisu dzieci 5 egz.
5. Arkuszy spisowych / z objaśnieniami i bez objaśnień/ ogółem 300 egz.
6. Formularzy dla zestawień powiatowych 3 egz.

Regarding Children's Registration
The following materials are sent by the Ministry in order to organize the Children's Registration which will, in turn, serve as the basis for the re-organization of schools and the completion of the program for public education:
1. List of places in a district – single copy.
2. District map in two copies - to consist of eight parts.
3. Explanation of topographical signs – two copies.
4. Instructions for Children's Registry – five copies
5. Registration sheets /with and without explanations/-300 copies.
6. A form for District summary – three copies.
The District Education Office will set the registry date and will provide detailed directives.
