בן כבוד איש אלהים רבינו

מו"ה יהודא ארי' זצ"ל נתבקש

ישיבה עליונה למנוחה נכונה

ונאסף אל עמיו ביום ד' ה' ימים

לחודש אדר שני שנת תרנ"א לפק

English translation of epitaph: 

[Broken] 

Clever ??? ???? ??? truth

The faithful shepherd, man who loves Israel, God's sage,

Strong in the house of the Zohar, man that the secrets [of the Torah]

are open to him, moreinu ha-rav David Yosef, of blessed memory for the future life

Son of the eminent God's man our Rabbi

moreinu ha-rav Yehuda Arie of blessed righteous memory; he was asked

to the heavenly yeshiva for the right rest

and joined his people on Thursday, the 5th day

of the month Second Adar, the year (5)651

May his soul  be bound up in the bond of life
