Pereginsk is a town on Limniza river, 15 km from Rozhniatov. A small Jewish cemetery in Pereginsk is completely destroyed. The last rows of a Hebrew epitaph could be found on one tombstone, and the dates of birth and death in Polish could be read on another one. All stones were taken out, probably for building purposes, while the concrete slabs remained. A stone table for cleansing the dead bodies (tahara) is partly preserved.

For photographs of the destroyed Jewish cemetery made by Dr. Vladimir Levin in August 2009 see Gallery section.
